Trilogy ships orders within two business days, although most orders will ship by the next business day.

Faster Shipping Times
Our Florida, California and Illinois distribution centers allow us to significantly reduce shipping times. The vast majority of our orders take three days or less in transit to destinations within the Continental United States.

For most customers we recommend UPS Ground as a shipping option, rather than Priority Mail; here are a couple of reasons why …

• UPS Ground transit time is 1-3 business days (unless you live in parts of MT, KS, NE and TX).
• UPS Ground tends to be less expensive, except when shipping outside the Continental United States.


• UPS Ground offers guaranteed day delivery, whereas Priority Mail offers no delivery guarantees.
• UPS Ground offers superior package tracking.

Money Saving Tip
If you are thinking about going on a monthly Autoship, you may want to double your order and go on a 60 day Autoship. For most of our customers this will result in a substantial savings on shipping!
